Terms Conditions and Policies

Booking, Cancelling and Refunds:

There will be a non refundable $10 booking fee. Clients are allowed to book appointments up to one week in advance. Cancellations are accepted up to 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment start time. If an Angel is already in route to the client's location and the appointment is canceled too late or not canceled at all, the client will be responsible for paying the travel fee and 50% of the service fee. 

When clients cancel or the Angel cancels the appointment(s) are available to book with another Angel or reschedule with the prefered Angel at a later time. 

In case of emergency or unexpected circumstances, clients should contact Angelz Beauty immediately to reschedule or cancel their appointment.

There could be a chance to receive a partial reimbursement for services based on specific circumstances. Please note that Travel Fees and Consultation fees are non-refundable. Additionally, booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining cost of the service fee can be discussed with your Angel Service Provider. 
 

 

Appointments:

Appointments must be booked through the Angelz Beauty website, by calling, using the chat, or by email.

Clients will receive a confirmation of their appointment via email or SMS.
It's important to confirm the appointment to ensure availability and avoid confusion.

To ensure security and authenticity, clients should look for identifying merchandise on the Angel, including but not limited to a shirt and lanyard with the Angelz Beauty logo, as well as car decals. This helps clients verify that they are indeed dealing with an authorized Angelz Beauty provider.

Furthermore, the Angelz Beauty provider is required to confirm the client's first and last name upon arrival and obtain verbal approval before entering the client's home. This precaution is taken to ensure a safe and professional interaction.

It's important to note that Angelz may conduct audio recordings of the appointment as a protective measure for both parties. These recordings serve as valuable evidence in the event of an incident or dispute, aiding in investigations and resolving any issues effectively. It will be kept confidentially and will never be used for personal gain.

Clients may be required to provide access to certain areas within their home, such as the kitchen sink, bathroom shower, and a sitting area with access to an electrical outlet for any equipment the Angel may need to use. Additionally, clients may need to provide towels if the service requires their use. These provisions ensure that the Angel can perform the service effectively and efficiently within the client's home environment. 

If clients are prone to falling Angelz Beauty advises the client to have a family member, a friend, or their caregiver present during their appointment time. Angelz are only permitted to specific procedures as requested and authorized by their licensing. In the event of an accident such as a fall, Angelz are not permitted to physically assist the client. Instead, they are advised to contact the client's emergency contact or emergency services, or both.

After an appointment, clients may be asked to provide feedback to help improve services.

Follow-up appointments or treatments may be recommended based on client feedback and preferences.

Clients are required to use the Angelz Beauty platform exclusively for scheduling appointments and communicating with service providers. Should a client decide to discontinue using the Angelz Beauty platform, they are responsible for finding an alternative service provider independently. We encourage clients to provide feedback before leaving the platform to help us improve and enhance the Angelz Beauty experience.

 

Late Arrival:

Clients should be ready at least 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. As Angelz may be early due to travel conditions or their other appointments finishing early.  


If a client is not ready to recieve the service by the time the Angel arrives, the appointment may need to be shortened to accommodate other bookings or there may be fees that apply if the Angel goes over time.

 

Client Consultations and Assessments:

 Angel Service Providers (AKA Angelz) are required to conduct thorough consultations and assessments with clients before performing any beauty or wellness services to identify any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities. Clients must disclose the necessary information and be honest. 

 Providers must obtain informed consent from clients before proceeding with any treatments, ensuring clients are aware of potential risks and outcomes.

 

Sanitation and Disinfection Practices:

Providers are responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized work environment, including disinfecting tools, equipment, and surfaces before and after each client appointment.

Disposable items must be used whenever possible, and non-disposable items must be properly cleaned, sanitized, and stored according to regulations.

 

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):

When necessary Angel Providers must wear appropriate PPE, such as masks, gloves, and aprons, during client interactions, beauty or wellness appoinments, as recommended by health authorities.

Providers are encouraged to educate clients on the importance of PPE and may request clients to wear certain protective gear during treatments.

 

 Compliance with Health Regulations:

Angel Providers agree to comply with all local, state, and federal health regulations, including licensing requirements, health inspections, and safety standards applicable to beauty and wellness services.

Angelz must stay informed about updates to health guidelines and adjust their practices accordingly to ensure client and provider safety.

 

Communication and Reporting:

Angelz must communicate openly with Angelz Beauty regarding any health concerns, safety issues, or incidents that may arise during client appointments.

Providers are responsible for reporting any adverse reactions, incidents, or injuries related to beauty services promptly to Angelz Beauty and following established incident reporting procedures.

 

Badges:  

 Clients receive booking badges based on the frequency of their appointments.
For example, clients who regularly book appointments may receive a "Frequent Visitor" badge.

Visit badges are awarded based on the number of visits a client makes to Angelz Beauty.
These badges may indicate loyalty or the level of engagement with Angelz Beauty services.

Angelz are encouraged to provide feedback after each appointment.
Positive feedback may contribute to earning badges, while negative feedback is addressed accordingly.

Clients are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during appointments.
If a client is reported for rude or inappropriate conduct, the matter is investigated by Angelz Beauty.

Clients who exhibit repeated rude or inappropriate behavior may face consequences.
This could include a warning, temporary suspension of services, or ultimately being discontinued from Angelz Beauty services.

Badges serve as a recognition of positive engagement and loyalty from clients.
Clients with badges may receive special offers, discounts, or rewards as a token of appreciation.

Angelz Beauty maintains transparency in its badge system and addresses any concerns or complaints regarding client conduct.
The goal is to create a positive and respectful environment for both clients and service providers.

Angelz will also receieve their own badge if they have completed a background check and received a good report.

Non-Solicitation Policy for Clients

As a valued client of Angelz Beauty, we appreciate your trust in our services and commitment to a positive in home salon experience. Our non-solicitation policy ensures a respectful and professional environment for both clients and service providers.

Guidelines:

Respectful Communication:

Clients are encouraged to communicate their needs, preferences, and feedback directly with their assigned service provider or our customer support team. Unsolicited marketing, promotional offers, or business solicitations directed towards service providers or other clients are not permitted.


Confidentiality:

Client information, including contact details, appointment schedules, and personal preferences, is considered confidential and is not to be shared or used for solicitation purposes.


Professional Boundaries:

Clients are expected to maintain professional boundaries with service providers. This includes refraining from engaging in conversations or actions that may be perceived as soliciting business, promoting external services, or recruiting service providers for other ventures.

 

Feedback Channels:

We value your feedback and encourage clients to share their experiences, concerns, or suggestions through designated feedback channels provided by Angelz Beauty. This ensures that any issues or requests are addressed promptly and professionally.


Consequences of Violation:

Clients found violating the non-solicitation policy may face consequences such as a warning, temporary suspension of services, or termination of the client relationship, depending on the severity and recurrence of the violation.

Data Privacy and Security Policy:

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. All data collected, including client and provider details, will be stored securely and used only for platform-related purposes. We adhere to strict data protection regulations to ensure your privacy.

Feedback and Review Policy:

Clients and providers are encouraged to provide honest feedback and reviews after each appointment. Positive feedback helps recognize exceptional service, while constructive criticism helps us improve. Disputes or negative feedback will be addressed promptly and fairly.

Dispute Resolution Policy:

In case of disputes between clients and providers, we have a structured dispute resolution process. This includes mediation, escalation procedures, and fair resolutions to ensure both parties are heard and treated fairly.

Emergency Response Policy:

We have clear protocols for handling emergency situations during appointments. Providers are trained to respond appropriately, including contacting emergency services if necessary. Clients are informed of these procedures for their safety and peace of mind.

 

Services:

 The Service Provider agrees to provide beauty or wellness services as an independent contractor for clients of Angelz Beauty.

 The services chosen will be limited to what the Service Provider is permited to do under their professional licensing issued by their State Board.

 These services are stictly for individuals who are homebound due to physical or mental limitations. May include but isn't limited to those who are elderly, disabled, those who have an illness or condition that may keep them from going to a salon.  

To qualify they have to require assitance from equipment, caregiver, or both. Or may receive specific instructions from their primary Dr to stay home.

Examples of equipment assistance:

Including but not limited to: walkers, canes, scooters, and wheelchairs.

Some may be homebound temporarily due to an accident, surgery, and pregnancy. 

Service Providers are not to service individuals who are not homebound under Angelz Beauty platform. 

 Please note that the professionals providing services through Angelz Beauty offer non-surgical and non-medical services. If a client requires surgery or more extensive care, they will need to be seen in the office setting.

This will need to be reported by filling out a form by the service provider. 

At that point, Angelz Beauty will give the provider permission to take the client into their care for the appropriate medical or surgical services, and no booking or scheduling fees will be charged by Angelz Beauty. 

However, if the client continues to book non-surgical or non-medical services with other Angel providers, standard booking, service and scheduling fees will apply.

 

By signing up as a client you acknowledge that you have read and fully understand the terms, conditions, and policies outlined by Angelz Beauty and the Professional Angel Service Providers.. By checking the box and proceeding with booking or receiving services, you agree to abide by these terms, conditions, and policies. You understand that failure to comply may result in the cancellation of services or other actions as outlined in the policies. You also acknowledge that it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates or changes to these terms and policies.
